Hestia Pharma delivers products throughout Tunisia.
If your address falls outside our usual delivery zones, our customer service team will contact you to confirm feasibility and shipping costs before dispatch.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to replace it with a similar product.

5. Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery or by email, the customer will receive:

  • Invoice or delivery note

  • Company details

  • Product description

  • Quantity and price

We strongly encourage you to check your package upon delivery.
If you notice any issue (missing product, damaged product, wrong item), you must report it immediately so we can arrange a return or replacement.
