Returns and Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

  • This right can be exercised by email or by contacting our customer support.

2. Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are personalized or made to customer specifications

  • Products that are perishable or that deteriorate quickly

  • Unsealed products related to hygiene, personal care, supplements, or medication

  • Unsealed audio/video/IT products

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of:

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transport

In these cases, Hestia Pharma will cover all return costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, Hestia Pharma will issue a full refund within 15 days from the date of notification.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as described, the customer may request:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

This must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.
