1. Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
This right can be exercised by email or by contacting our customer support.
2. Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that are personalized or made to customer specifications
Products that are perishable or that deteriorate quickly
Unsealed products related to hygiene, personal care, supplements, or medication
Unsealed audio/video/IT products
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
All accessories and documentation must be included
Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of:
Defective product
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transport
In these cases, Hestia Pharma will cover all return costs.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, Hestia Pharma will issue a full refund within 15 days from the date of notification.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as described, the customer may request:
A replacement, or
A full refund
This must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.
