Terms & conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Hestia Pharma website, in accordance with applicable Tunisian laws, including the Consumer Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reserve.

3. Contract Formation

  • The contract is formed once Hestia Pharma confirms the order electronically.

  • Prior to completing an order, the customer receives all required information: company identity, product details, total price, delivery fees, payment terms, withdrawal rights, and return conditions.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Tunisian Dinars (TND).

  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payments may be made using the methods available on the website.

  • The customer guarantees the accuracy and legitimacy of the payment information used.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery terms—including fees, timelines, and delivery areas—are outlined in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Hestia Pharma will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

6. Withdrawal & Returns

The customer has 10 business days to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
The procedure is described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Product Compliance & Warranty

Products sold by Hestia Pharma benefit from:

  • Legal warranty of conformity

  • Warranty against hidden defects

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund according to Tunisian law.

8. Liability

Hestia Pharma is responsible for providing accurate and transparent information about products, prices, delivery, return rights, and withdrawal conditions.
The company’s liability cannot be engaged for misuse of products or failure to follow provided instructions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Hestia Pharma collects and processes customer data only for the purpose of:

  • Order processing

  • Delivery

  • Customer service

Data will not be shared with third parties without customer consent, except when required by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

Hestia Pharma reserves the right to update its Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes apply to new orders only.
Orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

11. Governing Law

All transactions and agreements are governed exclusively by Tunisian law.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent Tunisian courts.
